Examples include print ads, brochures, white papers, industry articles, case studies, sales letters, emails, and press releases. (This is not an exhaustive list.) The copy may be printed or digital and pieces may appear in both mediums. Copywriting is also called marketing communications (marcom), sales writing, ad writing, or public relations writing. It’s not general business writing but is a subset.
